The Pioneer Lab Accelerator is designed for ambitious startups that have validated their business model and are ready to accelerate growth. We support founders in scaling their companies through hands-on mentoring, expert coaching, strategic partnerships, and direct access to an extensive network of entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and investors.
Our program goes beyond traditional acceleration. We work closely with founders on go-to-market strategy, sales, fundraising, organizational growth, and investment readiness while creating opportunities to validate solutions with corporate partners and expand meaningful business relationships.
One of the unique advantages of the Pioneer Lab Accelerator is the opportunity to qualify for our Grow Program. The most promising startups are invited to pitch before our Investment Committee, where they have the chance to receive funding from the Fresenius Education Group through a convertible loan. This allows founders to secure early-stage financing while continuing to build long-term strategic relationships within one of Germany’s leading private education and healthcare ecosystems.
