The Solution Lab is an in-house innovation lab of the Hanseatic Bank in which small teams consisting of employees from different departments work on an innovative idea over a period of four weeks. The focus is not on the innovation approach alone, but rather on getting to know new, agile forms of work. At the same time, it is useful for internal change management, as the process points out where there is still a need for change in the company. The team is continuously accompanied by two external coaches. The aim is to further develop the original idea into a prototype.
