The foodlab in Hamburg’s Hafencity offers a coworking space for food startups, kitchen space for testing, creating, and producing food innovations, a media studio for shootings and events, and a pop-up space that accommodates a new restaurant concept every four weeks.
But the foodlab is not only open to makers, but also to all connoisseurs at any time. Whether it’s Franzbrötchen with coffee from the in-house Coffee Lab or lunch and dinner in the pop-up restaurant – everyone can experience the foodlab according to their own taste.
